Purpose and lawful basis
We use order or reservation details to handle your request and provide the service. For reservations we ask for your name, email and telephone number to confirm or communicate changes. Processing is based on your request and the contractual relationship.
For telephone and pickup orders we record your name, phone number and pickup time. Daily-menu reservations also need an email address and your dish choices. We use these details to prepare and confirm your request, without subscribing you to advertising.
Security and retention
We record operations and changes to protect the service and resolve issues, based on our legitimate interest in security. Necessary information is retained for service, complaints and applicable legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Contact the controller for the specific retention periods.
Recipients and external services
Authorised staff and the hosting and email providers supporting the service may process necessary data. We do not sell your data or sign you up for advertising when you book. Google Maps, WhatsApp and delivery apps open only when you choose their links and apply their own policies.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, object to processing and request portability by emailing the controller. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). We do not make automated decisions that have legal effects on you.
